When you create an account, we collect your email address and username. We also collect information about your music collection that you choose to add, including album details, ratings, and reviews.
Photos and Camera: If you choose to set a profile picture, we request access to your photo library or camera. Photos are only accessed when you explicitly choose to upload a profile picture. We do not access your photos for any other purpose.
If you subscribe to Noisefloor Pro or Pro+, we store your subscription status, plan type, and billing period dates. We do not store your credit card number or payment method details.
App Store purchases: Payments made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. We receive subscription status updates from RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, but never your payment details.
Web purchases: Payments made on the website are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles all payment information securely. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We use your information to provide and improve the Noisefloor service, including displaying your collection, enabling social features like following other users, and generating personalized recommendations.
Your collection and profile information is visible to other users based on your privacy settings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
