By accessing and using Noisefloor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Noisefloor is a platform for cataloging music collections, discovering new music, and connecting with other listeners. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Album information is sourced from Discogs and Apple Music. User-generated content such as ratings, reviews, and profile information remains your responsibility. You agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
Noisefloor offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. The following auto-renewable subscriptions are available:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Apple App Store: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase. Apple's terms and refund policies apply to App Store purchases.
Web (Stripe): If you subscribe through the website, payment is processed by Stripe. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Noisefloor settings page.
Free Trials: If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Noisefloor integrates with Apple Music using Apple's official MusicKit framework. Full song playback requires the user to have an active Apple Music subscription. Noisefloor does not provide independent access to music streams or downloads. Short preview clips are provided through Apple Music's standard preview API.
All content, design, and code that make up the Noisefloor service are owned by Noisefloor and are protected by intellectual property laws. Album artwork, metadata, and music content are the property of their respective rights holders and are displayed under license from Discogs and Apple Music.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noisefloor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Your use of Noisefloor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
